HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Browse items for sale, select your size and tap “Buy.” After you tap buy, enter your contact information, select a payment option and your item will be on their way to you. Once you have received the item, please go into your messages and mark the order as completed.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept several methods of payments. If you purchase items in the United States, we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Currently working on alternate methods of payment including PayPal and Affirm.
I’M HAVING ISSUES PURCHASING. WHAT DO I DO?
Occasionally our payments processor is unable to complete your purchase. This can be for a number of reasons, including an incorrect credit card number, insufficient funds or wrong zip code. Please review the card number you entered and the zip code first and if those are correct, we recommend contacting the card issuing bank. If you’re still having issues, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional assistance.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Through your conversation with the seller, instead of marking the order “Mark completed,” click on “Dispute” and follow the next couple of steps. By clicking “Continue” you will have canceled the transaction.
HOW DOES AUTHENTICATION WORK?
Our goal is to the be the most trusted marketplace for golfers. As such we are currently offering verification services for $20, which essentially covers the cost for us to reship the item. The seller will ship the item to our warehouse and our specialists will inspect the item.
Our specialists inspect everything from the details on the grip to the head, and so much more. If your clubs are found to be falsely advertised, we'll notify you during verification and offer you a full refund for your order.
It’s our hope that through our efforts, we can help create a trustworthy and safe community for buying and selling golf equipment.
When you make a purchase on Reswings, we don't release payment to the seller until you tell us you've received your order as described.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
This depends on the shipping service chosen by the seller. If authentication is chosen shipment will take an additional 7-10 business days for orders to get to our domestic customers. It takes 3-4 days to get to us, 1-2 days to authenticate and 3-4 days to ship to you. As soon as your equipment is authenticated, we'll ship them out to you and send you a link to track your package.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
Please reach out to the seller first and make sure they provided a valid tracking number.
SELLING ON RESWINGS
HOW DO I SELL ON RESWINGS?
First create an account on the Reswings website by providing an email and password, and/or Facebook login.
CAN I SHARE A SELLER ACCOUNT?
While you can share a seller account, we highly recommend you maintain your own account to streamline communication and reduce liability. Please note: We will only communicate with and acknowledge requests made by the primary account holder. The primary account holder is classified as the person whose name, email, phone number, home address and banking information is listed on the account.
CAN I CREATE MORE THAN ONE SELLER ACCOUNT?
Each member is only allowed to create one seller account. Members who are found to have created more than one seller account may be suspended from selling.
WHAT ARE THE COMMISSIONS FOR SELLING ON RESWINGS?
We are currently not charging any commissions for a period of time. However, there is a payment processing fee of 3.0%, which will cover credit card / payment processing fees to our third party, Stripe. Fees are based on the final value and shipping costs of the item.
CAN I CANCEL MY SALE?
Yes, please cancel by not accepting the purchase request from the buyer by pressing the red “Not this time” button.
WHEN DO SELLERS GET PAID?
Earnings are directly sent to your bank account after the buyer has confirmed receipt of the item. If the buyer has not marked the transaction as completed, earnings will automatically be deposited into your bank account after 14 days.
Note that holding funds doesn't apply to the any fees received by Reswings.
HOW DO I LIST AN ITEM FOR SALE?
Click the green “+ Sell Item” button on the top right to list your item. In the mobile version, tap the top left options to see the sell button. Start selling by entering the category and item details (title, price, condition, photos, etc.)
HOW DO I EDIT MY LISTING?
Click on your listing and click the “Edit listing” link underneath the item delivery method. Once you’ve selected edit listing, you will be taken to your listing, where you can edit the condition, price, photos, etc. Please don’t forget to save your changes.
MY Item JUST SOLD. WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
Congrats! Please go into your messages and click the green “Accept request” button from the buyer. You have up to three days to accept the transaction. Next, ship your item to the address provided by the buyer. If the seller has chosen to authenticate the item, please ship your item to the address provided by Reswings. When you have shipped your item please provide the tracking number connected to the order to both the buyer and Reswings.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS FOUND TO BE FAKE?
If your item does not pass the verification process administered by our specialists, the buyer will be refunded the full amount and you will have the option to have the items sent back to you or disposed of by Reswings. If you choose to have the items sent back to you, we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs. If you do not respond within 14 days of receiving notice that your items did not pass the verification process or if you do not pay the shipping invoice within 14 days of receipt, Reswings will dispose of the items in its reasonable discretion.
WHY WAS MY SELLER ACCOUNT SUSPENDED?
Reswings suspends sellers who (i) repeatedly attempt to sell inauthentic products, (ii) have more than one seller account (iii) inappropriate behavior to other members of the Reswings community, deemed inappropriate by the Reswings staff. If you feel as though your seller account was cancelled or suspended by mistake, please contact email@example.com.
I ACCEPTED AN OFFER, BUT THE ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH. WHAT HAPPENED?
This was likely due to a card decline for insufficient funds. When buyers place offers, we issue an authorization to ensure they have the funds, but because it can take several days before the offer is accepted, there is no guarantee the funds are still available at that time.
